Dr. K. Niinomy (Hinaga, Japan) in a litter of June 1, 1963, informs of the discover of new specimen of the Kuga iron meteorite, Yamaguchi prefecture, Japan, weighing nearly 6 kg. The discovery of the first specimen, weighing 11 gr, in 1950 was not included in the Prior-Hey catalogue, 1953, was reported in the Meteoritic Bulletin No. 8, April 1958, in List of Meteorites No. 3.
