Sierra Gorda 049 22°30.18’S, 69°1.98’W Antofagasta, Chile Find: 2018 Oct 17 Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L3) Petrography: (J. Gattacceca, CEREGE) Chondrite with packed well-defined chondrules with average apparent diameter 690±300 µm (n=26). Opaque are metal and sulfides. Geochemistry: Olivine Fa23.5±4.2, range Fa16.7-28.1, Fa PMD 16%, Cr2O3 0.09±0.09 (n=5). Low-Ca pyroxene Fs12.5±6.4Wo0.5±0.2, range Fs6.1-23.0 (n=6).
