Find: 2015

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~5)

History: (Ziyao Wang) Discovered by Yongsheng Wang in the desert near Hami city (Xinjiang province) in 2015.

Physical characteristics: Brown irregular stone of 216.7 g

Petrography: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) brown, recrystallized matrix, with developed gray chondrules (0.3-1.8 mm, av. 0.8 mm) and small irregular metal and sulfide inclusions

Geochemistry: Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.90

Classification: Ordinary chondrite (L~5, W2)

Specimens: 20.5 g on deposit at Kiel, Ziyao Wang holds the main mass, and 24 g with Bart.
