FALL OF THE MARILIA, BRAZIL, STONY METEORITE Name: MARILIA Place of fall: Marilia, Sao Paulo State, Brazil. 22°15'S, 49°56'W. Date of fall: October 5, 1971, about 5 p.m. local time. Class and type: Stone. Olivine-bronzite chondrite (H4). Number of individual specimens: 7 Total weight: About 2.5 kg Circumstances of fall: The fall was witnessed by P. E.
