DISCOVERY OF THE OWASCO, USA, STONY METEORITE Name: OWASCO Place of find: Kimball County, Nebraska, USA. 41°12'N., 103°41'W. Date of find: 1984 Class and type: Stone. Olivine-hypersthene chondrite (L6). Olivine Fa24.5. Number of individual specimens: 15 Total weight: 168.4 kg Circumstances of find: Found by a farmer in the same field as the OLIVER stone.
