Classification: Pallasite

History: (Ziyao Wang) Purchased by Ziyao Wang from Adnane Sami during the China Mineral & Gem Show in Beijing City in Nov. 2018.

Physical characteristics: (Ziyao Wang) 3 brown stones totaling 36.8 g, without fusion crust.

Petrography: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) Metal phase is weathered completely to Fe-hydroxides and bear olivine grains up to 5 mm.

Geochemistry: (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart, P. Appel and B. Mader, Kiel) Olivine Fa13.3±0.1 (n=5). Oxidized metal: ~57 % Fe, ~3 % Ni. Magnetic susceptibility (R. Bartoschewitz, Bart) log χ (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 5.13

Classification: Pallasite

Specimens: 7.6 g on deposit at Kiel, Ziyao Wang holds the main mass, and 2.2 g with Bart.
