Schönenberg, new coordinates


During investigations of original literature for the book “Nicht von dieser Welt, Bayerns Meteorite," published by the Bayerisches Landesamt für Umwelt (2012), it was discovered that the actual fall locality of this meteorite is the village "Schönenberg" near Jettingen-Scheppach, located north of the city of Krumbach, Swabia. The coordinates are: 48°21'N, 10°24'E. Submitted by D. Heinlein.
