The CLSE Traveling Library Exhibits program will end effective September 30, 2024. Exhibit requests for dates beyond this time will not be approved.

Loan Guidelines

Priority for the exhibits is given to libraries, particularly those serving at-risk audiences.  Aside from this priority, exhibits are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for up to three months at a time.

In order to request an exhibit, an organization must complete the Exhibit Request Form.  After it has been received, LPI will contact you with any questions, and will follow up with a link for an online agreement 1 to 2 months before the loan period, which must be completed within 10 days of the email in order to retain the exhibit reservation.  We require at least 5 days advanced notice to ship an exhibit.

Each exhibit consists of 3 single-sided banners, each of which measure 32 inches wide by 83 inches tall when displayed. Each is packed inside a padded bag, and shipped in a large cylindrical plastic graphics case, 40 inches high. Each banner consists of a stand, a telescoping pole, and the banner itself; all of these components are in one unit. The stands should be arranged side by side.
