The position provides an exceptional opportunity to help develop an innovative program, focused on the sustainability of our planet. As Project Coordinator for the Thriving Earth Exchange (TEX), you will be responsible for identifying and highlighting Earth and Space science opportunities in existing crowd-based challenges, guiding new TEX projects through all phases, and managing the daily work activities. Serving as the day-to-day staff liaison for this project, you will manage the project efficiently and effectively by executing its goals and objectives and representing the interests of the project, both inside and outside of the organization. You will report to AGU’s Director of Science and works closely with the TEX Program Director, TEX Advisory Board chair, AGU CEO and AGU President, among others.
