LPI Summer Internship Programs Starting Soon

The Lunar and Planetary Institute will soon be hosting two groups of summer interns. On Tuesday, May 29, ten Exploration Science Summer Interns will arrive to participate in a ten-week program designed to investigate future missions to the Moon that use the Orion crew vehicle, the Deep Space gateway, and robotic assets on the lunar surface. On Monday, June 4, fifteen students participating in the ten-week LPI Summer Intern Program in Planetary Science will arrive. These interns will experience cutting-edge research in lunar and planetary science as they work one-on-one with scientists at the LPI and NASA’s Johnson Space Center on projects of current interest in planetary science. Welcome summer interns!
