Postdoctoral Research Opportunity

Dear Colleagues,

Please help spread the word about an opportunity for a motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our noble gas research team in the Group 18 Laboratories at Arizona State University. Supported through new NASA funding, the successful applicant will participate in laser microprobe argon isotopic studies of lunar impact melt breccias. Review of applications will begin on March 20, 2019, and the appointment will begin in Fall 2019. In addition to 40Ar/39Ar geochronology, this project features high spatial-resolution mapping of Ar diffusion gradients in plagioclase clasts in order to place constraints on the thermal evolution of the breccias. Those interested may consult the full advertisement for the position at: https://sese.asu.edu/about/opportunities/other or contact me directly.

Cheers,

Kip
