The guest for this episode is Dr. Kevin Hand. Dr. Hand is the deputy chief scientist for solar system exploration at NASA’S Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). His research in the realm of astrobiology involves both numerical modeling and experiments in the physics and chemistry of the icy moons in our outer system. He’s recently authored the book “Alien Oceans: The Search for Life in the Depths of Space.”
